Sources & Editorial Policy

PULSEWIRE is a news discovery prototype that links to original publishers and public institutional feeds. It does not currently employ reporters or verify all source claims independently.

How it works

Scheduled automation reads publicly available RSS/Atom feeds, stores headlines, short feed-provided descriptions, source names, publication timestamps and URLs, and removes duplicate links. It does not reproduce full articles or claim ownership of third-party material.

Limitations

Sources may change, be unavailable, or have different licensing terms. Publisher feed terms must be reviewed before commercial use. Content can be delayed or inaccurate. Headlines are not financial, legal, cybersecurity remediation, or investment advice. No live prices are provided.

Corrections

Corrections and takedown requests require a published contact address before production launch. Add your contact details here before public promotion.

Source configuration

The configured list of sources is in scripts/feeds.json in the project repository.
